On 26/2/2007 in Hanoi, Sara Vietnam and C.P.R (C.P.R International) – Japan hold a press conference declaring that C.P.R a well-known enterprise from Japan invested Sara Vietnam.

On 15th January 2008, at head office of Sara Vietnam, all shareholders of management board agreed that Sara Vietnam would increase its chartercapital up to 30 billions Vietnam dongs after Initial Public Offering( IPO)

The company did feasable research and carried out the projects step by step as follow:
Sara Joint Stock Company’s shares has officially listed on HASTC.
Sara Joint Stock Company’s shares officially accepted to be listed on Hanoi Securities Trading Centre (HASTC) since 10th January 2008 according to the Decision No.14/QD- TTGDHN on allowances of floating Sara Viet Nam JSC’s shares on HASTC of the SSC.The first trading will be on 18th January 2008 at HASTC.
